Revolition LLC ("Revolition," "we," "us") operates revolition.io (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or get in touch with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect what you send us and a small amount of technical data about your visit. We use it to respond to you, run our business, and improve the Site. We do not sell it.
This policy covers the Site, the forms on it, and our emails, calls, and messages with people and companies we may work with.
It does not cover the work we do for clients. When we work inside a client's systems, such as its CRM, we handle that data on the client's behalf and under our agreement with that client. If your information is in one of those systems, that company's privacy policy applies, and requests about it should go to that company.
Information you give us. When you request a revenue diagnostic, book a conversation, or email us, we collect what you send: your name, work email, company, revenue band, and anything else you choose to include. If we talk by phone or video, we may keep notes from the conversation. If we want to record a call, we ask first.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the services that host it log basic technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time.
Information from other sources. We work with businesses, and sometimes we reach out first. We may collect business contact details, such as your name, title, company, work email, and professional profile, from public sources, professional networks such as LinkedIn, the marketplaces where we offer our services, and people who refer you to us.
We do not ask for sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send it.
We use the information we collect to:
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: while we are in conversation with you, while you are a client, and afterward for as long as our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations require. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we have to keep it for one of those reasons. We keep a record of unsubscribe requests so we can honor them.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls on the systems that hold your information. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights over your personal information. We honor reasonable requests from anyone, wherever they live, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
We operate from the United States. Your information is stored and processed here and in other countries where our service providers operate, and the privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.
The Site is for business professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, so read their policies before you share information with them.
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. When we do, we post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we make that clear on this page.
