Effective date: October 17, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Revolition LLC ("Revolition," "we," "us"). They apply to your use of revolition.io (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you agree to these Terms for that company.
These Terms cover the Site only. They do not cover the services we provide to clients. If you engage Revolition, that work is governed by the written agreement we both sign, and that agreement controls if it ever conflicts with these Terms.
Using the Site, submitting a form, or talking with us does not make you a client and does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. That begins only when we both sign an agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.
You may use the Site to learn about Revolition and to contact us for business purposes. You must be at least 18 years old.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.
When you submit a form or book time with us, you are asking us to contact you. It is not a purchase, and neither of us is committed to working together. Fees, scope, and timing for any paid work, including a revenue diagnostic, are set in a written agreement before the work begins.
Please give us accurate information so we can respond properly.
Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site's forms or by unsolicited email. We treat what you send with care, and we handle personal information as our Privacy Policy describes, but we are not bound by a duty of confidentiality until we have a signed agreement that includes one. If you want a nondisclosure agreement in place before you share details, ask us.
The Site offers general information about how B2B companies grow revenue and how we work. It is not professional advice for your specific business, and it is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on the Site are your own. Talk with us or another qualified adviser about your situation first.
The results, figures, and client stories on the Site are real and describe specific engagements with specific companies. Every business is different, and results depend on many factors, including ones we do not control. Past results do not guarantee future results, and nothing on the Site is a promise of a particular outcome for your company.
Testimonials reflect the experience of the person quoted.
The Site and everything on it, including the text, graphics, logos, page design, and frameworks, belongs to Revolition or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. REVOLITION® is a registered trademark. Our name, logo, and marks may not be used without our written permission.
You may view the Site, share links to it, and print or download pages for your own internal business reference. You are welcome to quote brief passages with credit and a link. You may not otherwise copy, republish, modify, sell, or build on the Site's content without our written permission.
Other company names, product names, and logos on the Site, including HubSpot, belong to their owners. We mention them to describe the platforms we work with and the clients we have served. Unless we say otherwise, that does not mean those companies sponsor or endorse Revolition.
If you send us ideas or feedback about the Site, we may use them without any obligation to you.
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@revolition.io with the details and we will look into it promptly.
The Site may link to websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Revolition disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is complete or current.
We work to keep the Site accurate, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Revolition, its parent company, and their owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been told those damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Liability for client work is addressed in the client agreement, not here.
If your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms leads to a claim against Revolition, you agree to defend us and cover the resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
If you have a concern, email us first. Most things can be settled in a conversation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. When we change the Terms, we post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the Site after that, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Revolition about the Site. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not waived it. We may assign these Terms as part of a transfer of our business. You may not assign them without our written consent.
